Week 18

Weekly Sketch

Ace female pilot Becky Cayley investigate a fiendish murder while on her down time performing barnstorming shows at the county fare. All fingers point the the circus family who coincidentally inherited the big house on the hill after the previous occupants demise.

Amelia Mary Earhart was an American pilot. she was the first Woman to fly solo across the Atlantic ocean. That wasn’t here only accomplishment its just that there are too many to write about in this short space.  which is an obvious lie, after all this is the internet so I have in reality an infinite amount of space, I have so much space in fact that I could write out her entire life in real time and still have room for pictures of all the cats that have ever existed. When I say that there isn’t enough space what I really mean is that I don’t have enough time or inclination. Suffice to say that Amelia is ace.

Her disappearance:

Earhart and co-pilot Fred Noonan disappeared on the morning of 2 July 1937, while en route to the Gardner Islands now known as Nukumanu Islands. The theory is that Earhart and Noonan’s plane crashed after running out of fuel while flying at night, after getting lost after the plane’s radio systems failed. This idea seems to be supported by tools and an aircraft windscreen matching the exact size and shape of Amelia’s plane where found.
